Made to Order

All Comic Strip Canvas products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you. Please do not return the item without contacting us first.

Personalised Orders

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive with a manufacturing or printing defect. We provide a digital proof for all personalised orders and do not begin printing until you have approved the proof. Once approved, the order is final.

Proof Approval

You approve your layout in the builder before ordering. We then email the finished artwork with the comic style applied, usually within one working day. If something about the finish isn't right, tell us and we'll look at it; the layout, crop and wording are as you set them. Once you approve the finished artwork, printing begins and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order (wrong size or format, or the artwork differs from the proof you approved), please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue and send a replacement free of charge.
