Made to Order

All Comic Strip Canvas products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you. Please do not return the item without contacting us first.

Personalised Orders

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive with a manufacturing or printing defect. We provide a digital proof for all personalised orders and do not begin printing until you have approved the proof. Once approved, the order is final.

Proof Approval

For personalised orders, you will receive a digital proof within 24-48 hours. You may request up to two rounds of revisions. Once you approve the final proof, printing begins and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order (wrong size, format, or design), please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue and send a replacement free of charge.
