These terms and conditions govern your use of the Comic Strip Canvas website (comicstripcanvas.co.uk) and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Comic Strip Canvas is a trading name operated from the United Kingdom.
Products & Pricing
All products are made to order. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. All prices for UK mainland orders include free postage and packaging.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment verification. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Personalised Products
For personalised orders, you are responsible for providing suitable photographs and accurate customisation details. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. Once approved, the order is final and cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material that we do not have rights to reproduce.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the property of Comic Strip Canvas or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission. When you upload photos for personalised orders, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch standard orders within 3-6 working days. Personalised orders require proof approval before printing begins — please allow 3-6 working days from the date of proof approval. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.
Limitation of Liability
Comic Strip Canvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
